Inability to Pay On Time
If you are unable to your bill by the due date, you may request a one-week extension. Only one extension will be granted per billing period. You can request a payment extension by contacting Customer Service at 951.571.7104 or by completing the Payment Extension Request Form.
The District offers two free extensions per fiscal year (July - June). A request for an extension does not automatically guarantee an extension will be granted.
If an extension is granted, payment must be received on or before the extension date. Failure to make the required payment by the extension date may result in disconnection. If service is disconnected, you will be required to pay the account balance in full plus additional fees, including a deposit.
