Murrieta Payment Options

The District continues to work hard to provide high-quality water, good customer service and reliable wastewater services to our Murrieta customers.

Murrieta Billing Service Issue

Due to the volume of customers in our Murrieta service area that did not receive their July 26, 2016 bill, a duplicate copy was mailed last week as a courtesy. Please be aware this is a duplicate copy of the bill. If you have already received your bill or made the full payment toward your account, please disregard this copy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We provide several ways to make bill payments:

Phone Payment 

You can access your account 24 hours a day through our automated phone system. You can check your account balance, due date and make a payment by check or credit card. To access the automated system, call 951.571.7104 and select “option 2.” You will need your account number to access your account.

Online Bill Pay

Pay online and access your account through our Online Bill Pay. You can check your account balance, due date and make a payment by check or credit card.

Direct Pay

Western customers can pay their water bill automatically each month using Direct Pay. Direct Pay is a free service that allows you to have your monthly water bill paid automatically from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
