The Finance Department provides strategic financial direction and support to the District’s
Board of Directors, staff and customers. The Finance Department provides the following services:

- Customer billing and account services
- Debt management
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Treasury management

If you are a retail customer of the District (residential, commercial, industrial) and would like to pay your bill, you can
