To be more efficient and better serve our customers, Western has a variety of payment options available. Please review the options and choose what works best for you.

Online Bill Pay

Phone Payment

You can access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the automated phone system. You can check your account balance, due date and make a payment by check or credit card. To access the automated system, call 951-571-7104 option 1. You will need your account number to access your account.

Auto Pay

Western customers can pay their water bill automatically each month using Auto Pay. Auto Pay is a free service that allows you to have your monthly water bill paid automatically from your bank account or charged to your credit card.
With Auto Pay, you’ll continue to receive a billing statement for your records. This billing statement will arrive at the normal billing time, showing the date and amount that will be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the bill’s due date. Your payment will be clearly itemized on your monthly statement from your financial institution.
To enroll in Auto Pay, visit the Online Bill Pay page , register or login to your account and complete the auto pay section.

Remote Pay Locations

Drop your payment off at any participating 7-11 stores.

Drop Box or Western Customer Service Counter
Payments may be dropped off at our drop-box, or you can pay them at our Customer Service Counter at the following location:
