The Finance Department provides strategic financial direction and support to the District’s Board of Directors, staff and customers. The Finance Department provides the following services:

Retail Customers

If you are a retail customer of the District (residential, commercial, industrial) and would like to pay your bill, you can pay online or review Customer Services for other options. 

Wholesale Customers

If you are a wholesale customer of the District (another water agency or a non-retail customer) and have questions regarding a bill, please contact Billing at 951.571.7108.

Vendors

If you are a vendor of the District and have questions regarding a payment, please contact the District personnel who placed the order for the goods or services. Otherwise, contact Accounts Payable at:

  • 951.571.7118 for vendor names starting with A through M or for all Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA) vendors
  • 951.571.7112 for vendor names starting with N through Z

Notice of Retention of Independent Registered Municipal Advisors
By publicly posting the following written disclosure, Western Municipal Water District intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule.

Western Municipal Water District (WMWD/District) has retained an independent registered municipal advisor. WMWD is represented by and will rely on its municipal advisors, Fieldman Rolapp & Associates, PFM Financial Advisors LLC or Columbia Capital Management, LLC (or other independent financial advisory firm), to provide advice in evaluating recommendations or advice from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments) as such terms are defined in the SEC’s Municipal Advisor Rule. Proposals may be addressed to the attention of Kevin Mascaro, Assistant General Manager/Chief Financial Officer of the District, at kmascaro@wmwd.com. If the proposal received will be seriously considered by WMWD, the District will share the document with one or more of its municipal advisors.
