Attend virtual public meetings and connect with Western staff

At Western, we strive to remain transparent and educate our customers about what to expect during proposed changes to your bill. We know water and wastewater (sewer) rates, water budgets and interpreting a bill can be confusing, which is why Western is committed to accurately and consistently keeping you informed through two-way communication opportunities.

Western is offering a variety of ways to meet with us to learn about the 2021 rate adjustment process and proposal. Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, meetings will be hosted virtually; should pandemic conditions change, in-person opportunities will be considered.

Once events are scheduled, meeting information such as dates, times and locations will be posted here. All event recordings will also be posted or linked to this page when available.
