Proposed Rates & Charges

To keep pace with rising costs, Western's Board of Directors will consider a proposed rate adjustment that, if approved, will affect your water and sewer rates and system charges for the next four years, effective with all water use and sewer service charges appearing on billing statements issued on or after July 1, 2021.

Public Hearing

On Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 6 p.m., the Western Board of Directors will host a Public Hearing to consider the proposed water and sewer rate increases that reflect the increased costs of imported water and energy, rising maintenance and environmental regulatory compliance costs, and investments in technology and infrastructure.
