About the Pump Station

Western Municipal Water District is consistently investing to secure local water supplies and reduce our region's reliance on water from Northern California. The Sterling Pump Station project is a component of Western Water's La Sierra Pipeline project and connects the water produced at the Arlington and Chino Desalters to customers throughout Western Water's service area.

In addition to the pump station, this project included site improvements such as new landscaping, lighting, and security cameras - providing visual and security enhancements to Sterling Avenue.
